Cleveland, OH - January 5, 2015 - JIS, a division of Jergens, Inc., is pleased to announce a change in our staff. As we cross into 2015, one of our current team members is taking on a new role within JIS. Elaine O'Kelley will be our new Customer Service Supervisor!

Taking the place of Charles O'Hara, who has accepted an Operations position within another division of 

Jergens, O'Kelley will be responsible for keeping the customer service team motivated and eager to serve our customers, as well as continuing to handle day-to-day tasks such as customer orders. She is excited for the challenge, and has high hopes for her department. She has been with JIS for 3 years.

Outside of work, O'Kelley has a toddler, to which she remarks, "She is my hobby!". She enjoys working at JIS because of the relationships she can make, both with customers and her peers. This holiday season, the O'Kelly's spent the holidays relaxing with family, a 'low-key' celebration.
