Can I place my order on my JIS account that I already have?
Absolutely! Create an account on JIS.COM - our system will connect you with your account. If you create an account and for some reason you believe you have not been connected to your account, please contact our customer service team via phone or email.
 
What if I would like to order an item that is not on your website?
To get access to items not currently on our website, please contact our customer service team via phone or email. Our team is regularly adding products to our website, but that process takes time due to our high standard for your customer experience.
 
How do I add notes to my order such as a PO# or shipping instructions?
During checkout, you can enter that information below your shipping information, prior to selecting your payment method.  
 
Does JIS.COM accept international orders?
At this time, we do not accept international orders online. If you would like to place an order outside of the US/CA, please contact our customer service via phone or email to inquire about international order policies and to place your order.

How do I change my order once it has been submitted?
If you wish to change your order or have made an error on your order, please contact our customer service via phone.
 
What happens after I place my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email. We will fulfill your order and you will receive an email that your order has shipped. This email will contain tracking information.
 
How can I check on my order status?
You can check your order status in "My Account" and also you can contact JIS customer service via phone or email.
How can I request a quote?
You can request a quote through our Quote Request Form or by contacting customer service via phone or email.
 
Am I able to see my open quotes in my JIS.COM account?
Yes. You are able to access your current open quotes when you are logged into your JIS.COM account. You are also able to convert those quotes into orders when viewing the details of the quote in your account.
 
How do I convert my quote to an order on JIS.COM?
Within "My Account", you can view your open quotes under "Recent Company Quotes". Select a quote you would like to view the details of by selecting the quote #. Fill out the form on that page and it will be submitted to customer service to process. You will receive email order confirmation.

Stock Status: In Stock
This stock status means we have it in stock in one of our warehouses and it will be fulfilled from one of our locations in central Ohio.

Stock Status: Ships from Manufacturer
This stock status means we do not have the item in one of our warehouses and it will be fulfilled from one of our Supplier's locations. This may cause extended time for an order to be fulfilled. We will keep you informed of any extended fulfillment times.

How do I edit my ship-to information?
You can add ship-to locations in "My Account" on JIS.COM under the "Addresses" section. If you would like any of the ship-to locations removed, please contact customer service via phone or email.

 
I forgot my password! What do I do?
When entering in your email address and password, if you are unable to recall your password, you can select the "Forgot Password" link on that page. You will be sent a password reset link.
 
An employee with an account on JIS.COM is no longer with the company. What should we do?
Please contact our customer service team so that contact can be removed from your account. We can also remove their online account if that is what you would like.
